Murderer Kills Iowa Deputy, Lips Are Sealed

There are so many questions that need to be answered here such as;

Is the murderer here legally?

Was he in shackles per jail procedure? 

Is he connected to a drug cartel?

We will all have to wait until the investigation moves forward. The leaks along with standard information will be released. All I know is that prosecutors are treading carefully and slowly towards a conclusion. They don't want anything to mess this case up. This is one cold piece of trash.

Meanwhile, the criminals are watching, making notes and celebrating this cold blooded killer as a hero.
