Husker Harvest Days in Grand Island, NE now cancelled due to COVID-19

ST CHARLES, IL- This year's Husker Harvest Days Show which was to be in Grand Island, Nebraska this September has been cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The group that manages Husker Harvest Days is also cancelling another very large agricultural show, the Farm Progress Show, in Boone, Iowa.

Show management had confirmed earlier that the two shows would be able to continue, with a number of COVID-19 precautions, but say recent events have prompted organizers to go ahead and call off the events for this year, and start planning for 2021.

Organizers say the agricultural shows attract multi-generational guests from across the U.S. and the world, and the decision was cancel the events this year, to protect the safety for all of the attendees.
