Omaha Police say they are investigating the death of a 74 year old man as a homicide.
Officers were called to a home near 20th and Burdette around 11:00 Sunday night to investigate an assault. They found James Moore down inside.
Moore was rushed to Nebraska Medical Center, where he died The investigation is ongoing.
