Bellevue Teen Sentenced To Prison For 2nd Degree Murder

BELLEVUE, Nebraska - Eighteen year old Dakota Pirruccello is sentenced to 35 to 40 years in prison for second degree murder in the death of Brian Faeller in January of 2019.

6 News reports Pirruccello entered a guilty plea to second degree murder in an agreement last August. he had been charged with first degree murder.

Sadie Grant was sentenced to up to three years in prison for aiding and abetting a felony and for shoplifting in relation to Faeller's death. Brandon Freemont was sentenced to up to three years for attempted burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

Police say this started as a robbery at a Bellevue apartment complex. Faeller was shot when he opened the door to his apartment.
