Husker Football Spring Game Shirt Proceeds Will Be Donated To Flood Victims

The Husker football team and athletic department wants to help those affected by last month's historic flooding. On Monday, the football program announced that sales proceeds from a t-shirt created for the Spring game, will go to benefit victims of the flooding.

In a video posted to Nebraska Football social media pages, Coach Scott Frost, Athletic Director Bill Moos and a number of other players and coaches made note that they stand with those affected by the flooding, saying that "We're with you."

Not only will proceeds from the shirt sales go to the American Red Cross, but donations will also be collected at the gates on the day of the spring game.

The annual Red/White game will be held at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 13th. you can purchase a shirt here.
