GOP Candidate With "Deportation Bus" Loses Georgia Governor Primary

The Georgia Republican who visited the state's sanctuary cities on a "Deportation Bus Tour" barely showed up in yesterday's primary race for governor.  State Senator Michael Williams got about 5% of the primary vote to finish far behind Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle and Secretary of State Brian Kemp.  During his tour, Williams said he'd use the bus to find and hold illegal immigrants to, as he put it, send them back where they came from.  Williams was a co-chair of President Donald Trump's Georgia campaign.  Cagle and Kemp will compete in an August runoff for Georgia's GOP governor nomination.
