Murder arrest warrant issued for second suspect in fatal shooting

(Omaha, NE) -- A second suspect is sought in connection to the fatal shooting of an 18 year old.

The Omaha Police Department says their Homicide Unit has obtained a felony warrant for 18 year old Elijah Robinson for 1st Degree Murder related to the homicide of 18 year old KorVanta Hill. Police say on the evening of October 18th, OPD officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation near 39th and Pratt. Once on the scene, officers found Hill down on a sidewalk in the area. Hill was taken to Nebraska Medicine in extremely critical condition. He was declared dead at the hospital.

One Monday, October 25th, 19 year old Justyn Wagner was located by the Metro Area Fugitive Task Force, arrested and booked for 1st Degree Murder, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony and Felon in Possession of a Firearm in connection to Hill's death.
