Update: A motorcyclist is dead after a crash on Highway 75 around 4:40 Tuesday afternoon. The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office first thought this was a hit-and-run crash but the vehicle that left the scene came back.
The accident involved four cars and the motorcycle. Highway 34 was closed during the investigation and the cleanup.
Sarpy County Sheriff's Office confirms that one person was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Highway 75 around 4:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Southbound Highway 75 and 34 at Fairview Road were shut down around 6 p.m.
This is an ongoing investigation. It is believed that several vehicles were involved in the accident and possibly a motorcycle.
