A small plane made an emergency landing near the Millard Airport Friday morning. The pilot landed on Discovery Drive, just northwest of the airport.
he street lines up with the runway at the airport. The pilot told first responders that he was flying in from Fargo, North Dakota and developed engine trouble. It was not clear if Omaha was his intended destination.
6 News spoke briefly to the man who believes he may have run out of fuel. The pilot was not injured.
