An advisory has been issued for two missing children. They are identified as 1-year-old Franklin Blakely and 2-year-old Stanley Skidmore. They were last seen in Sydney, Nebraska on October 6
The children are believed to be with 45 year old Donald Winslow and 24 year old Cherokee Blakely. Franklin Blakely is a white male with light brown hair. Stanley Skidmore is a bi-racial male with black hair and brown eyes.
The Sidney Police Department believes the children might be endangered. All were were last seen in a blue Chrysler mini-van with Iowa license plates GBK096.
