A man who was shot while pumping gas at the Bucky's near 30th and Dodge Sunday morning has died and Omaha Police have now begun a murder investigation.
Police were called to Bucky's around 6 a.m. for a reported carjacking and shooting. A man was pumping gas when two men approached and shot him in the chest before taking off in his vehicle.
27 year old Andrew Peek was taken to Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition and later died. Investigators found Peek's vehicle around 4:00 Sunday afternoon.
