Here's how Brett looked upon his latest arrest for drunk driving:

His latest arrest -- and conviction -- was his fifth.  He looks like he just polished off a fifth.

I don't think it's going out on a limb to say that Brett here has only been intoxicated behind the wheel five times.  I wonder what the rate is of how many times one drives drunk, versus how many times they're arrested for it.

I'd ask Brett, but I doubt he'd remember.

Mr. Roberts is not the only such multiple offender in the area.  What do we do with these guys who never learn their lesson?  Apparently, we keep letting them out to drive around next to us and our families.
