I've been in sports broadcasting, media and marketing since age 15 having done my first play by play broadcast at age 18. I've called major college and professional sports events on TV and radio for over 25 years, won some cool awards and met some incredible athletes, coaches and media professionals. I've also pioneered sports talk programming, served in program management and helped talented young broadcasters develop skills. Along the way, I've learned the marketing side of sports and built winning strategies to help great companies build brand and gain market share.In 2000, I published a book, "Not the Game, but the Glory: A Century of Nebraska Football."
