Congressman Lee Terry made an errant joke at the opening of a sub-committee hearing of the U.S. House earlier this week and the Democratic Party issued a release taking exception to Terry’s joke. Rep. Terry has apologized and talked about the incident with us as well as the results of that hearing with GM’s CEO and also talks about a proposal for the U.S. to no longer control the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
