(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police release more details in a Monday shooting near a south Omaha home daycare.

Omaha Police say just before 10:45 Monday morning, officers were called to a home near 41st and W streets for a shooting. The house is an in-home daycare facility. Police say officers spoke with the victim, 32 year old Samantha Zellmar, who stated that she stepped out of the home to yell at a juvenile male who was breaking into a vehicle. Police say Zellmar suffered a minor injury during the confrontation, but the injury did not require treatment or transportation to a hospital.

OPD says officers located the suspect and additional possible suspect at a home near 41st and X streets. The two juvenile males, ages 14 and 17, were arrested and transported to Omaha Police Headquarters for further investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
