Police report a woman is hurt and a person is under arrest in a carjacking Wednesday evening in Council Bluffs.
Investigators say the offender's vehicle struck the victim's vehicle from behind at North 16th Street and Avenue "G."
When the victim naturally got out to assess damage, the accused carjacker jumped in the victim vehicle and drove away with a female passenger, who was injured falling out of the vehicle.
After several crashes, that vehicle was stopped on the Interstate 480 bridge trying to get into downtown Omaha.
Police say 33-year old Zachary White was treated at a hospital and is in custody facing a number of charges.
