Heavy Rains Exit As Winds Enter

The National Weather Service says cooler air settles in Wednesday night as the wind dies down.

We’ll mostly drop into the '40's tonight by Thursday morning, but some areas will dip into the '30's, especially in counties west and northwest of Omaha-Council Bluffs and Lincoln.

That is where a Frost Advisory is in place tonight into the morning hours Thursday.

WOWT 6 News Chief Meteorologist Rusty Lord says we’ll see temperatures rebound into the '60's Thursday afternoon, but clouds increase.

There is a 30% chance of some spotty showers overnight Thursday night into Friday morning.

They’ll move out, and the clouds should as well on Friday. Highs will reach the lower '60's Friday afternoon.
