Omaha Police investigate a fatal, double shooting that happened late Sunday night in a "Westroads" north parking lot near 99th and Nicholas.
Investigators say 18-year old Franco Vasquez was declared dead at the scene.
Police say an 18-year old female, Haley Grim, was rushed to a hospital in critical condition with what turned out to be non - life threatening injuries.
