Sentencing Date Set In Nebraska Capital Murder Case

Nebraska convicted killer Bailey Boswell will find out November 8th whether she will be sentenced to death for the 2017 murder of Sydney Loofe.

The three-judge panel will convene at 10 a.m. that day at the Saline County Courthouse in Wilber. Under state law, the panel heard testimony during a three-day sentencing hearing earlier this summer.

Boswell could become the first woman to be held on Nebraska's death row.

In June, Aubrey Trail was sentenced to death in this case. Trail admitted the two killers lured the victim to his apartment to get Sydney Loofe involved in their criminal lifestyle.
