Law enforcement says a man is taken into custody accused of going over the fence at the Nebraska Governor's Mansion.
Police say 31-year-old Lejay Daniels of Lincoln was spotted by Capitol Security personnel jumping over a fence and entering the backyard of the property in Lincoln Wednesday afternoon.
Daniels was cited for trespassing, criminal impersonation, and possession of a controlled substance.
The Nebraska State Patrol says the governor was not in the mansion at the time.
