Investigators say the two robberies were within minutes of each other and in the same general area in the four o'clock hour Wednesday morning.
One was at the at the "Kwik Shop" at 32nd and Q, then, minutes later, there was a robbery at the "QT" shop at 60th and L.
In both cases, clerks told officers a man entered the store, brandished a handgun, and demanded cash, fleeing on foot in both cases.
No injuries reported;
The person is described as a Hispanic male, 18-25 years old, about 5'8", 300 lbs, wearing a dark shirt and light shorts.
