(Omaha, NE) -- After a year off, the Night Market returns to Turner Park for the 2021 season this week.

The Night Market, presented by the Omaha Farmers Market, will kick off its season on Friday, July 16th and features vendors, food and drink and live entertainment in Omaha's Turner Park.

Amanda Lustgraaf with Midtown Crossing says, “We are thrilled to host this engaging event in the heart of midtown Omaha and nestled amid an eclectic community, including five retail openings this summer.”

The 2021 Night Market takes place from 6 pm to 10 pm on July 16th and 30th, August 13th and 27th, and September 10th in Turner Park.

The Night Market’s marketplace has more than 40 local vendors offering a wide variety of handmade and upcycled goods, non-profits providing interactive activities, as well as food and beverages. Attendees who purchase alcoholic beverages within the marketplace can stroll the market with beer or wine in hand. Live music and entertainment will also be featured at each market.

“The Night Market has a very different ambiance compared to our traditional farmers markets,” says Vic Gutman, executive director of the Omaha Farmers Market. “Its nighttime hours and overall party feel make it a unique market experience.”

The Night Market is free, open to the public and dog-friendly.
