Typical July Weather Settles In

It'll be a typical warm and humid July afternoon.

6 News forecaster Rusty Lord says highs will likely reach the lower 90's again Tuesday, but will feel closer to the mid 90's thanks to the dew points in the 60's.

Rusty says a cold front will move through later on bringing a chance of showers and storms after 6 p.m. into the evening.

They’ll likely weaken, but could be a little stronger to the northwest.

Most areas will not see much more than 0.25,″ but hit and miss showers and a few storms will continue into the early morning hours Wednesday.
