Omaha Fire investigators say the cause of a Florence area housefire is incendiary in nature, and an arrest was made at the scene.
The name and date of birth are being withheld at this time due to the accused offender being a juvenile.
There were no injuries in the Tuesday afternoon fire near Minne Lusa Blvd. and Martin Ave.
Arriving firefighters reported light smoke, and upon investigation a "working fire" was declared.
The fire was extinguished quickly in about ten minutes. All occupants left the place prior to the arrival of the Fire Department.
