Arrest warrants issued for two teens in connection to Thursday homicide

(Omaha, NE) -- Arrest warrants are issued for two teens wanted in connection to a Thursday shooting that left a 17 year old dead and another 17 year old critically injured.

The Omaha Police Department says their Homicide Unit is looking for 16 year old Terrance Moore and 17 year old Lerajai Key for their part in the shooting death of 17 year old Jiaquan Williams. Investigators say just after 8:00 Thursday night, officers were called to the area of 29th and Bristol following a Shotspotter activation. Once on the scene, OPD says two 17 year old males, Williams and Javondre McIntosh, were found suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transported to Nebraska Medicine. Williams died from his injuries. McIntosh suffered life-threatening injuries and is listed in critical condition.

The Homicide Unit is also trying to locate a vehicle possibly involved in the crime, which is pictured below.
