Traffic is moving normally now, but a jack-knifed semi in the rain and peak of morning drive caused major stoppages and slowdowns Wednesday morning on the Interstate in West Omaha.
Vehicles came to a stand still on southbound I-680 to eastbound I-80.
The semi was on 80 near 108th Street.
Stoppages and slowdowns happened on 680 all the way back to West Dodge, north toward West Maple.
