The Justice Department In Nebraska Is Looking At The U.S. Capitol Takeover

The local U.S. Attorney's Office vows to prosecute any Nebraskans who broke any laws in the protests and demonstrations at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

U.S. Attorney for the federal District of Nebraska Joe Kelly calls the incident an intolerable attack on a fundamental institution of democracy.

Kelly releases a statement noting that anyone who traveled from Nebraska to Washington, D.C. to commit violent acts will be prosecuted.
