Endangered missing advisory activated for Omaha man

An Endangered Missing Advisory has been activated for a missing Omaha man.

The EMA was activated Wednesday morning by the Nebraska State Patrol. NSP says the Douglas County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate 48 year old Chad Townsend who is missing from the the area of 149th and Ellison Avenue around 6:30 Wednesday morning.

The State Patrol says Townsend suffers from a brain injury and other medical conditions and may be driving a green 2013 Toyota Highlander bearing Nebraska plate VTA075.

Townsend is described as a white male, approximately 5’ 8" tall, approximately 195 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, and wearing a Red Nebraska T-Shirt, Grey Sweatpants, no shoes or jacket.
