Henry Doorly Zoo accepting downed tree limbs following Monday wind storms

After strong, straight-line winds blew through the Metro Monday morning, downing tree limbs along the way, many are left wondering what they can do with those down tree limbs.

Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium says they can take lots of those limbs, off your hands. The Zoo says they use more than 200 tons of fresh, leafy branches each year to feed their animals, so they can put those downed branches to use. Not all branches can be of use to the zoo animals though.

Below is a listed of those that are accepted.
