Eppley To Receive Nearly $33 Million From Stimulus Grant Funds

Airports across the country are getting a share of 10-billion dollars from the U.S. Transportation Department to help them respond to the pandemic response.

Eppley gets more than $32-million in federal stimulus grant funds. The airports in Council Bluffs, Fremont and Blair are each getting $69,000. The Millard, Harlan, Red Oak, Wahoo, and Tekamah airports will receive $30,000 each.

The money will help the airports continue operations and save jobs by replacing lost revenue and covering operational costs.
