Omaha Police Issue First Citation For Health Order Violation

Omaha Police have issued their first citation to a business for now following the Douglas County health order.

Police say after several complaints to the Mayor's hotline, officers went into EZ's Place Bar and Grill near 156th and West Dodge Thursday night and found four people drinking at the bar, including a large pitcher of beer being split by the patrons.

The bartender was cited. Bars and restaurants are under order to only serve takeout, drive-thru or delivery until April 30.
