Lincoln Man Accused Of Making Threats With A Hatchet

Lincoln, Nebraska - A Lincoln man is facing a list of charges that includes terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

A victim told police he was walking near South 11th and F Street when 33 year old Aaron Straight yelled, "I need my money". That is when Straight apparently chased the victim down an alley with what he believed was a double-bladed ax. The victim told police he did not owe Straight money and that Straight had robbed him before.

Police got a warrant and searched Straight's home. There they found the ax and took Straight into custody.
