9/11 Flags At Memorial Park

There are more than 3,000 American Flags in place at Memorial Park to remember those who lost their lives during September 11th, 2001.

For 15 years, Lynn Castrianno has organized the placing of the flags. Each one represents a life lost on that day and they are tagged with a name, age, title and where they were died.

For Castrianno, this is a labor of love. Her brother was in the Second Tower of the World Trade Center on the 105th floor when the planes hit. He did not survive.

The flags will be on display through Sunday at Memorial Park at 60th and Dodge Street.
