A Lyft driver is facing sexual assault charges. Omaha Police detectives arrested 39 year old Komlanvi Avitso.
Investigators say he picked up a female passenger early on May 19th. The woman had been out with friends drinking. Investigators say she was a few blocks from home when driver Avitso picked her up.
Records show it was several hourse before the woman was dropped off at her home. Authorities recovered Avitso's DNA from the victim.
The investigation continues.
