All Green Acres and Paradise Lakes Residents Have Property Access

Bellevue is allowing property access to all residents of Green Acres and Paradise Lakes. Unless told otherwise, residents will only be granted limited access to retrieve their personal belongings and then will be asked to leave.

Residents must first go to the Bellevue City Offices of Permits and Inspections to get a "Release" for a Limited Entry Permit.To accommodate those who can't stop by during regular business hours the Permits and Inspections Office will be open this Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.Their phone number is 402-293-3014.

Once residents receive the permit they will be only allowed access to the area between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Dumpsters have been placed at 204 Industrial Drive to dispose of property from Secured Storage and other items as individuals deem necessary.These are not general public use.

Businesses will have to provide their own dumpsters for disposal of all metals, appliances and chemicals.No burning is allowed by residents or businesses.

Homes that are uninhabitable have a "DANGER" placard posted and owners will not be allowed to be rehabilitated or remodel due to certification requirements from the manufacturer after the flood. Residents should contact their insurance company, FEMA and legal counsel regarding any additional concerns or questions about their home.
