Bond Set For Driver Accused Of Fatal Hit And Run Crash

Bond has been set for the man accused of being behind the wheel during a fatal hit and run crash at 84th and Q streets.

On Friday, bond was set at $500,000 for 43 year old Michael Sullivan, who surrendered to police on Tuesday.

He is accused of Failure to Stop and Render Aid at a Deadly Accident and Tampering With Physical Evidence related to the February 3rd accident that took the life of 57 year old Richard McIntyre Sr. McIntyre was hit at the intersection around 9:30 P.M.

Tips led Ralston Police to the vehicle they believed was involved and eventually to the identification of Sullivan as their suspect. A preliminary hearing has been set for March 20th.
