The drunk driving suspect in a deadly crash on Highway 50 and Riha Road was allowed to have her bond amended in court on Friday.
Paige Seaton is accused of driving while twice the legal limit on the night of October 4th, 2017. Prosecutors say Seaton's vehicle was traveling left of the center line on northbound Highway 50 when it collided with a southbound car driven by Elisa Linscott. The vehicles hit nearly head-on in the crash that killed Elisa's fifteen year old daughter Alexandra Linscott. Alexandra died at the scene, Elisa Linscott was critically injured and Paige Seaton suffered serious injuries.
Seaton's bond was amended to allow her to go to an alcohol rehabilitation facility in O'Neill, Nebraska. She is scheduled to enter a plea in April.
