New Ticket Policy For CenturyLink Center

Ticket sales for the highly-anticipated Shania Twain NOW: Tour begin on Friday, but fans will notice a change in how they get their tickets.

Those attending concerts at the CenturyLink Center Omaha won't be able to print tickets at home any more.

Concert-goers must either present a digital ticket on their smartphone at the gates or physical tickets can be delivered to a mailing address. Digital tickets will be sent by e-mail.

For those purchasing tickets to Shania Twain, the first concert this policy will be implemented for, these changes will be very apparent on the Ticketmaster website.

This is the first time CenturyLink Center Omaha has eliminated the ‘print at home’ option. MECA CEO Roger Dixon says this is being done with the hopes of adding a new method of entry, while scaling back on the use of paper. “We hope this will give our patrons a chance to embrace new technology, and also believe with a little pre-concert preparation that operations will be as smooth as possible."

As always, a ticket must be presented at the gates in order to get into a show, so remember your physical tickets or smartphone.
