Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine will announce if he will be filing charges against two former Omaha Police officers on Wednesday morning.
Officers Scotty Payne and Ryan McClarty were let go from the force last week for their involvement in the in-custody death of Zachary Bearheels.
Bearheels died on June 5th after an incident at the Bucky's on 60th and Center where he was tazed twelve times, which went against department protocol.
Kleine will announce his decision at 10:00 AM.
