An Omaha Police officer is recovering after a Tuesday morning accident.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash, including an Omaha Police cruiser, around 9:15 on westbound I-80 near Q Street.
Two people were injured, including an OPD officer.
The accident closed down westbound I-80 near the I-L-Q exit and brought traffic to a halt.
Police redirected traffic onto L Street.
