Update:  Two Dead In Fiery Crash On Hwy 50

The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office has released the names of the two men killed in a fiery crash on Highway 50 near the Platte River.

Investigators say 25 year old David Gressley of Lincoln was driving a pickup that ran a stop sign on Highway 31 and slammed into the side of a semi that was northbound on Highway 50.  

The pickup went under the the semi and was dragged about 300 feet before catching fire. 

Gressley was airlifted to UNMC where he was pronounced dead.  His passenger, 19 year old Tyler Armknecht of Johnson, Nebraska died at the scene.  

The driver of the semi, 66 year old James Kastanek of Syracuse was also taken to a hospital for evaluation.   Autopsies will be done on both men.
