The driver, 18 year old Wyatt Wilson, was arrested and booked for felony assault on on officer using a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest and willful reckless driving.

Two passengers were not charged and were released to their parents.  An administrative review of the incident is underway.
