24 year old Justine Dubois shot a firefighter and herself in the back of an ambulance near 42nd and Center last July.

On Wednesday she appeared in court and pleaded no contest to making terroristic threats, use of a weapon to commit a felony, theft by receiving and possesion of a gun by a prohibited person.

Prosecutors agreed to dismiss four other charges.  Dubois had a .357 magnum revovler in her waistband when she was put into the ambulance near 48th and L Street.  She and paramedic Brock Borhart were wounded during a struggle over the gun.

Dubois will be sentenced in January.
