The city of Omaha is considering using 92-million dollars in bonds to improve streets and parks.

A public hearing on the matter will take place on January 14th and council members could vote to place the issue on the ballot for a special election to be held on May 13th.

Half of the bond money would be used for streets and highways, 13-million dollars would be used for sewers, while 14-million dollars would go towards improving Adams, Levi Carter and Hanscom Parks.
