Offutt Air Force base will once again host an air show and open house after federal budget constraints cancelled last year's event.  The free event Saturday and Sunday features both the U.S. Navy's Blue Angels and the F-22 Raptor aerial demonstration teams along with several other flying teams.

Gates open at 8 a.m. and flying starts around noon and again at 4 p.m.

Base parking is limited. Free shuttle buses will be available from 8:45 a.m. to 6 p.m., including the former Southroads Mall, Bellevue University and Bellevue East and West high schools.

Large containers like coolers, backpacks and tote bags are not allowed.
