A man accused of killing four people five years apart is in the Douglas County jail.

Dr. Anthony Garcia was arrested in Illinois on Monday and returned to Omaha yesterday.

He's accused of killing Dr. Roger Brumbeck and his wife, Mary, on May 12th. He is also accused of killing eleven-year-old Thomas Hunter and Hunter family housekeeper Shirlee Sherman in 2008.

It's very possible Garcia could face the death penalty if convicted of the four deaths.  Retired Omaha attorney Bill Gallup told Channel 6 News that if a case ever suggested capital punishment, this is it.  Douglas County Attoney Don Kleine has not yet said whether he would pursue the death penalty for Garcia.
