Humane Society spokesperson Pam Wiese says they are offering free adoptions on cats six months and older Friday from noon to 7:00 p.m.

Kittens will be 2 for 1 and all felines are spayed, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Wiese says the shelter is filled with cats.  They received 20 alone on Thursday morning.

She is encouraging people who need to relinquish their cat to find a friend, family member or other person to take keep it until a time that the shelter is not so full.
